Northwest Services
At Northwest Services, we will help you find work quickly.  You will begin your employment process by
stopping in our office and filling out an application.  You will be required to bring two forms of
identification, including one government-issued ID.  

After the written application, you will meet with a Northwest Services specialist to determine what type of
work will suit you best.  We place applicants in various types of employment settings, including clerical,
light industrial and industrial.  

During the interview process we will present a safety video to encourage safety awareness on the job.  A
formal orientation will be given to you before you start your assignment.

Once you have been approved and we find a job that suits your preferences, we will contact you.  You will
be given the employer, their location, and the shift that you will be asked to work.

You will not need to deal with the employer for any of your payroll needs.  You will receive your paycheck
from Northwest Services.  Your paycheck can be directly deposited into your account.  If you do not have
a bank account, your check can be given to you at work,
or picked up at our office. You can specify your
preference when you accept employment.  We encourage the convenience and security of our direct
deposit system.
